The challenge
Fan coil control had to be replaced across four occupied floors without interrupting the working day, and the new network had to be routed through live building risers.
What we did
We installed new FCU controllers throughout and ran a Trend IQ5 backbone through the risers, working entirely out of hours so the floors were handed back ready for occupation every morning.
