The challenge
An estate of ageing IQ3 and IQ4 controllers across four cities needed to be brought onto a current platform, building by building, without losing control of live office environments.
What we did
We ran a rolling retrofit programme covering controller replacement, panel modifications, software migration, testing and commissioning, repeating a proven method at each site.
Outcome
- IQ3 and IQ4 controllers migrated to IQ5
- Panel modifications completed alongside the upgrade
