Commissioning is where the design is proven. We test every point, tune every control loop and demonstrate the system to the client before handover, so the building performs from day one.

Commissioning questions
Do you commission systems installed by others?+
Yes, as long as the installation is complete and accessible. We will flag any installation issues found during testing.
What documents do we get at the end?+
Signed point-to-point sheets, commissioning records, final strategy files and as-built information for the O&M manual.
Can clients witness the testing?+
Yes. We arrange witnessed demonstrations with the client, consultant or facilities team.
How long does commissioning take?+
It depends on the size of the system. We programme it early so it is not squeezed at the end of the project.
