Overview
We self-deliver BMS installation across new build and refurbishment projects - containment, network and field cabling, sensors, valves, actuators and controller positioning - all installed by our own directly employed engineers. The electrical side covers the mechanical services element: plant room power such as No.1 and No.4 plant rooms, panel supplies and final connections to mechanical plant.

RAMS, programme and materials scheduling agreed with the principal contractor.

Containment, cabling, plant room power routes and panel positions installed to coordinated drawings.
Second fix
Field devices installed, terminated, powered up and point-to-point checked.
Ready for comm
Installation signed off and certified, then handed to the commissioning team.
