Overview
We self-deliver BMS installation across new build and refurbishment projects - containment, network and field cabling, sensors, valves, actuators and controller positioning - all installed by our own directly employed engineers. The electrical side covers the mechanical services element: plant room power such as No.1 and No.4 plant rooms, panel supplies and final connections to mechanical plant.

In detail
BMS installation in London, carried out by our own engineers
Our BMS installation teams handle containment, network and field cabling, sensors, valves, actuators and controllers. We also carry out the mechanical services electrical work that goes with it, so controls and power are delivered by one team with one programme.
We work on new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East, including occupied buildings where work has to be phased or carried out out of hours.
